My name is Faisal, the Founder of EZPC Services. I have been passionate about computers since I was in elementary school. In kindergarten, I was fortunate enough to receive my first computer which was a prebuilt COMPAQ office computer. Growing up, I became interested in video games such as Pokémon, League of Legends and Counter Strike. Since then, I have expanded on my skillset, planning, building and repairing computers for friends and family, allowing to bask in the fun that a computer can bring. From these experiences, I wanted to share my passion with the public, providing a service that helps those who want a computer to their own liking but may be too nervous, scared, or simply do not have enough time to build one.
Our Services
Computer Build Planning
The start of every computer build, one of the team members will ask you a series of questions that are necessary to plan a computer around your needs and preferences. For example, we will inquire about the budget, color, size, etc.
Price: $20 CAD
Depending on the complexity of the idea, a plan typically takes an 1-2 hours to develop.
Custom Computer Building
After you or one of our team members have developed a plan, we will begin purchasing parts. Once all the parts have arrived, we will begin assembly. Upon completion of assembly, we will install Windows, drivers and updates that are necessary for computer's performance. We will also complete testing to ensure that the product you receive is free of troubles. The team member working on your order will provide you with updates as your build progresses.
Price: $20 CAD / hour
Depending on the complexity of the plan, a build typically takes about 5 - 10 business days, including testing. If you have questions about how payment will work, please refer to the FAQs sections or email us!

How much experience do you have?
Our team has 8+ years of experience planning and building computers at various price points. You can be sure that the work we do at EZPC is held to the highest standard.
How does delivery work?
If you are local, we can arrange for you to have it picked up or delivered at the buyers expense. For farther provincial, national, and/or international destinations, we offer shipping. Shipping does come at an additional cost of $70 CAD Packaging Fee + UPS Shipping Fees
How does payment work?
Once a plan has been set, before purchasing parts, we ask for a deposit that equals to half the settled budget. Upon creation of a shipping label or before delivery is when we would ask for the remaining balance. Payment methods include cash or e-transfer.
